Former Barcelona star Neymar Jr. has this week provided his take on the favourites to go all the way in this season’s edition of the Champions League.

And his response will no doubt prove a popular one with supporters of his ex-club.

This comes with Neymar of the opinion that Hansi Flick’s Barcelona should be considered the frontrunners to triumph on the European stage.

The Blaugrana are of course set to kick their Champions League campaign back into gear later this evening, in a quarter-final first-leg showdown with Borussia Dortmund.

Barca head into the matchup in nothing short of stellar form, yet to slip to a single defeat since the turn of the year.

And of the opinion that such excellence on the part of Flick’s troops is only set to continue over the weeks ahead is the aforementioned Neymar.

Speaking during an interview with the Kings League this week, the iconic winger was asked to name his favourites to lift the Champions League.

And Neymar went on to provide a one-word response, simply assuring:

‘Barcelona’
