Former Arsenal star Andrey Arshavin insists Arsene Wenger wasn't the best manager he worked with.

Arshavin has long spoken of his admiration for the Frenchman, but now admits he doesn't rate Wenger the best coach of his career.

"Is Wenger the best coach? No, for me Guus Hiddink is the best coach," said the former Russia midfielder.

"I like that he was never afraid of an opponent."

Together with Hiddink, Arshavin and the Russian national team reached the semifinals of Euro 2008.
