Back when the Barcelona centre-back was at Manchester United with Patrice Evra the pair took their training ground pranks a little too far on one occasion.

After one session, the mischievous Spaniard, still a youngster, decided it would be amusing to burn his team-mate’s footwear. However, Evra did not find it funny. He really, really did not find it funny.

In fact, how do we put this, it caused a stink. Literally.

More than ten years after the incident Evra went public on how he made sure Piqué would never tamper with his stuff again. Never again.

Appearing on Sky One’s ‘A League Of Their Own’, the Frenchman revealed: “They burned my trainers. It wasn’t funny.

“It was actually Gerard Piqué, so what I have done to him, I take his shoes and go in the toilet and I shit inside of them.”

Urgggghhhh.
