Atlanta, GA.- Chivas will have a chance to get their revenge against las Águilas just 8 days after they faced each other in the #CapitalRojiblanca in the national championship, as this Sunday at 3:30 in the afternoon (TCM) they will face off once again at Bobby Dodd Stadium in this North American city, which will be hosting a Super Clásico for the first time.

El Guadalajara and América will arrive at this new edition of the Clásico Nacional in the United States after playing their second match of the Leagues Cup Showcase 2022. El Rebaño lost to FC Cincinnati by 3-1, while the team from the Capital was defeated by Nashville in a penalty shootout by 4-2 after a 3-3 draw in the 90 minutes.

Both Ricardo Cadena and Fernando Ortiz will not be able to count on a number of players who have been called up by their respective national teams; the red-and-white coach won’t have Santiago Ormeño, Alexis Vega, Roberto Alvarado and Fernando Beltrán, while the Azulcrema coach will be without Guillermo Ochoa, Sebastián Cáceres, Mauricio Reyes, Henry Martín and Richard Sánchez.
