If Steven Gerrard’s side can take any sort of result, though, that leaves the door open for his former club Liverpool, who would clinch the league with a win over Wolves.

The Final Champions League Spot

Tottenham head to Norwich very much in the driving seat to finish fourth: avoid defeat at relegated Norwich and they will be in the Champions League next season.

But if Spurs lose at Carrow Road and Arsenal beat Everton in north London, it will be the men in red and white who take fourth and their rivals who will face a season in the Europa League.

Europa League or the Europa Conference League?

Manchester United and West Ham will both be in Europe next season but we don’t know which competition each side will be in.

A win at Crystal Palace will see Man Utd seal sixth and Europa League group stage football.

But if they drop points and West Ham beat Brighton, it will be the Hammers in the Europa League and Manchester United in the Europa Conference League.

Relegation

Norwich and Watford are down, while Everton secured safety in midweek. So it comes down to Leeds and Burnley.

Leeds enter the final day in the relegation zone on goal difference. They have to pick up more points than Burnley to survive on the final day. It’s as simple as that.
