Norwich City are currently sitting at the bottom of the league table and have lost all of their first five league games of the season.

Everton have had an impressive start to the campaign under new manager Rafa Benitez, as they are currently at sixth in the league standings. They have won both their games at home and have won one, drew one and lost one in their three away games. The Toffees have scored ten goals in their first five games which is very high in comparison to Norwich City who have just two goals scored so far and have lost all five of their league games so far this season.

Everton on the other hand have had almost equal crosses from both flanks.

A major problem for Daniel Farke’s Norwich City has been their defence. They are not doing great defensively in the league and have conceded 14 goals in the first five games which is the highest in the league. The Toffees on the other hand have had a decent defensive record as they have just conceded seven goals in the first five games, but have only kept one clean sheet. Norwich City have won the second-lowest number of aerial duels, whereas Everton have been solid defensively and have won 105 duels, which is the second-highest only behind Burnley.

One of the positives that Norwich City fans and their manager Daniel Farke can take so far is that his team have been able to pass around the ball in the defensive areas mostly. They have accumulated the 12th highest number of passes in the league with 1908, while their opponents for the next game have the least number of passes with just 1524. Norwich City will be hoping to get something out of this game and kickstart their Premier League campaign, while Everton will come out to get a victory to add to their charge for fighting for a top-four spot.
