Everton notched up a 6-0 win over Motherwell in a behind-closed-doors game at Goodison Park.

Both Beto and Neal Maupay netted a brace, while summer signing Jake O’Brien and youngster Harrison Armstrong added one each.

The most dominant spell of Tuesday’s friendly came in the second half, when Sean Dyche’s men scored three times in six minutes.

The Toffees will face Daniele De Rossi’s Roma in their final pre-season outing on Saturday at 5pm.
