A few days ago, a report emerged that Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain were looking to take advantage of Everton’s financial situation to sign midfielder Amadou Onana.

PSG will be looking to bolster its midfield this summer as the capital club heads into its second year under manager Luis Enrique. Onana has experience playing in France, having spent time at LOSC Lille before moving to Goodison Park.

Since joining Everton in 2022, Onana has made 72 appearances scoring four goals and registering three assists. The Toffees regard the Belgian international as a valuable asset they could sell.

A potential deal could significantly address their concerns regarding further breaches of Profit and Sustainability (P&S) rules. How much could the player cost? Transfermarkt puts the 22-year-old’s transfer value at €50 million for the player who’s under contract until 2025.

The Sun reports (h/t The Mirror) that Everton will listen to offers for its top stars after their takeover agreement expired on Friday. This means that if either Bayern Munich or PSG want Onana, they can begin making an approach.

Moreover, the information reveals that the club will be open to bids for every member of their squad. Everton are understood to be open to potential sales, but senior figures have rejected the idea there will be a mass exodus.
