Good strikers with any sort of Premier League pedigree are at a Premium, as is becoming clear in the case of Armando Broja this summer.

The young Chelsea striker managed a modest 6 goals in the top flight on loan with Southampton last season, yet because of his age and obvious talent, there’s huge interest in him from all over Europe.

Sky Sports have today added Everton to the ever growing list of teams interested in him. They’re not the first to mention the idea, but they go as far to say that the Toffees have “approached” Chelsea and that these are formal bids rather than just speculative discussions about a deal.

Before he starts deciding which of his many suitors he would like to join however, Chelsea have to think very carefully about whether they might need to keep the Albania international around themselves, now that they’ve let Diego Costa go.
