Everton bid for Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall

Everton have submitted a bid to sign Chelsea midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall on a permanent deal.

Dewsbury-Hall followed former Leicester City manager Enzo Maresca to Stamford Bridge last summer for a reported £30 million but may now leave the club after one season.

According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, Everton have put a bid in for the 26-year-old with Chelsea open to selling the player who has a contract with the London club until 2030.

Last season, Dewsbury-Hall played 36 games for Chelsea with the majority of his appearances coming in the team's successful UEFA Europa Conference League and FIFA Club World Cup campaigns. The midfielder also made the assist for Jadon Sancho to make it 3-1 in the Conference League final against Real Betis back in May.
