As reported by Fabrizio Romano, Everton and Juventus have shown interest in Borussia Mönchengladbach striker Winsley Boteli.

The 17-year-old arrived in Germany from Servette in the summer of 2022, and he has quickly established himself as one of the most talented young players at Gladbach. With twelve goals in ten outings so far this season, Boteli is currently the top scorer in the U19 Bundesliga.

This has undoubtedly drawn the attention of scouts across the continent, who are keen to lure the young striker away from Gladbach. However, Juventus and Everton are the sides with the most concrete interest thus far.

As well as this, Boteli has recently signed Chris Mandiangu as his agent, suggesting that the striker is either looking for a move or an incentive to stay at the club. However, Die Fohlen will be looking to hold on to their prized asset for the foreseeable future.

Gladbach had to compete with Bayern Munich and Bayer Leverkusen last summer to secure Boteli’s signature, and it is unlikely they will want to lose the 17-year-old without being able to filter him into the first-team. Therefore, Gerardo Seoane could look to offer Boteli minutes in the Bundesliga this season.
