LOS ANGELES – The FIFA Club World Cup is just around the corner for Inter: the Nerazzurri are ready to make their debut in the new competition against Monterrey. The match is scheduled for Tuesday the 17th at 6:00 PM (Los Angeles time; 3:00 AM on Wednesday the 18th in Italy) at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena. The team held their final training session at the UCLA Campus before taking to the pitch, under the guidance of Cristian Chivu.

Another NBA champion paid a visit to the Nerazzurri: Harrison Barnes, currently with the San Antonio Spurs, met Alessandro Bastoni at the end of the training session. The two exchanged greetings, and the basketball player received a Nerazzurri jersey. Barnes won an NBA title in 2015 with the Golden State Warriors and a gold medal at the 2016 Olympics with Team USA.
