Italy ring the changes for their final group game against Spain, as both have already qualified for the Under-21 European Championship quarter-finals.
It kicks off at the Anton Malatinsky Stadium in Trnava at 20.00 UK time (19.00 GMT, 21.00 CET).
Both sides already won their first two games, albeit by slender one-goal advantages, meaning they are already sure of a place in the quarter-finals.
This is therefore a head-to-head to see who tops the group, which also includes Romania and host nation Slovakia.

As expected, coach Carmine Nunziata makes massive changes to the line-up, including goalkeeper Sebastiano Desplanches rested on the bench.
New Brighton and Hove Albion defender Diego Coppola lines up with his former Verona teammate Daniele Ghilardi in defence, with Jacopo Fazzini joined by Roma’s Nicolò Pisilli in support of striker Giuseppe Ambrosino.
While the Azzurrini won both games 1-0, Spain needed comebacks and late thrillers to defeat Slovakia 3-2 and Romania 2-1.
The line-up this evening includes rarely-used Napoli defender Rafa Marin and Milan transfer target Marc Pubill.
