Champions League winners Paris Saint-Germain put in another dominant performance as they defeated Atlético de Madrid in Los Angeles.

While it wasn't quite as one-sided as Bayern's 10-0 win over Auckland City earlier in the day, PSG were always the better side.

Luis Enrique's side took the lead within the first 20 minutes when Fabián Ruiz found the corner of the net from just outside the area with his effort beyond the reach of Jan Oblak.

That lead was doubled just before the break when Vitinha found himself in acres of space to charge forward with the ball and slot into the net. It looked like members of the Atlético defence were also stuck in typical LA traffic

With a healthy 2-0 lead, PSG's day got easier when Clément Lenglet received a second yellow card in the 78th minute for something he said out of turn to referee István Kovács.

Those superior numbers allowed the Ligue 1 side to add some gloss to the scoreline. First, teenager Senny Mayulu buried his low shot with the Atlético defence not looking particularly bothered about clearing their lines.

A late penalty that Lee Kang-in dispatched made it 4-0 to the European champions as they look to lift the Club World Cup as well.
