Luka Jovic, Rafael Leao and in a new role Tijjani Reijnders start for Milan in the Europa League play-off trip to Stade Rennais.
It kicks off at the Roazhon Park at 17.45 GMT.
You can follow all the build-up and action as it happens from this game, Torino–Lazio and Roma-Feyenoord on the LIVEBLOG.
The Rossoneri won the first leg 3-0 with a Ruben Loftus-Cheek brace and Rafael Leao strike, but their confidence was hit on Sunday by a 4-2 Serie A defeat to Monza.
Jovic saw red and earned a two-match Serie A ban, so he starts here instead, with Leao also returning to the XI.
Loftus-Cheek is rested, giving Reijnders a more advanced trequartista role, while Davide Calabria, Fikayo Tomori, Pierre Kalulu and Tommaso Pobega are injured.
Jan-Carlo Simic and Alex Jimenez are not on the UEFA list.
Rennes had won eight in a row before the 3-0 defeat at San Siro and got back on track by beating Clermont Foot 3-1 at the weekend.
The hosts are without Mahamadou Nagida, Enzo Le Fée and Fabian Rieder, but have former Bologna defender Arthur Theate.
Amine Gouiri steps in for a more attack-minded side, moving Terrier wide.
