Lazio coach Marco Baroni is tipped to make heavy rotations as his side host Ludogorets on Thursday evening, keeping just four players from the starting XI of their 3-0 win over Bologna in Serie A last weekend, including veteran Pedro.
It kicks off at 18:45 CET (17:45 GMT) at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome.

The Biancocelesti are currently the only team in the competition with a perfect record, having won all of their four previous games, and Baroni will look to maintain this form by relying on Tijjani Noslin up front, with the striker supported by Loum Tchaouna, Boulaye Dia and the former Barcelona star behind him.
The Italian manager will also hand back-up goalkeeper Christos Mandas his third consecutive Europa League start, while his back four will see Samuel Gigot and Patrick form the central duo, as predicted by Sky Sport Italia.
Vecino is expected to play alongside the almost irreplaceable Mattéo Guendouzi in midfield.
Lazio (4-2-3-1): Mandas; Marusic, Gigot, Patric, Pellegrini; Guendouzi, Vecino; Tchaouna, Dia, Pedro; Noslin
Ludogorets (4-2-3-1): Padt; Witry, Verdon, Almeida, Son; Naressi, Chochev; Erick Marcus, Piotrowski, Rwan; Duah.
The Stadio Olimpico’s Europa League fixture will be shown on TNT Sports 7 in the UK, and live streaming of the match will also be available through Discovery+. Football fans in the USA can watch the game via Paramount+.
