We’re almost ready to feast on international football once again with Euro 2024 just around the corner. We’ve got all of the details for the Fußball Arena München, Munich ahead of an exciting tournament in Germany.
Fußball Arena München, Munich will host six games at Euro 2024, including one of the semi-finals and the opening match of the tournament between Germany and Scotland. The stadium is home to Bayern Munich, the most successful club in German football.
Fußball Arena München, Munich is one of the newer stadiums hosting games at Euro 2024, opening in 2005. It was used at the 2006 World Cup, hosting six matches including the semi-final encounter between Portugal and France.
The stadium was also used at Euro 2020, hosting four matches, including all of Germany’s group games and the quarter-final clash between Belgium and Italy.
The ground, commonly known as Allianz Arena, has also been used to host NFL games in recent years with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers adopting the stadium as it’s home ground for a game in the 2022 season.
