ESPN: Barcelona expecting to sell Pierre Emerick Aubameyang to Chelsea today

Could today finally be the day when Pierre Emerick Aubameyang’s transfer to Chelsea is confirmed?

Well, we’ve all heard this before over the last few weeks, right? So let’s just see how this one plays out. But, it is now more than ever, a case of now or never, with the summer transfer window closing in just three days time.

Chelsea have been working on securing this move for sometime now and have been in talks with Barcelona to sign the striker, but without yet reaching an agreement.

A report from ESPN late last night though, claims that the club are now expecting to sell Aubameyang to Chelsea TODAY (Tuesday).

Barca are still asking for some €20 million for Aubameyang while Chelsea have increased their offer to close to €17 million. But on Tuesday, there will be a meeting between the different parties to try to seal an agreement that satisfies the two clubs.
