Erling Haaland had gone 300 minutes without scoring a goal before tonight which by his standards is quite the drought.

But the Norwegian was on hand to head home at the start of the second half of Man City’s clash with Tottenham Hotspur to pull his side level after they had gone into the break 2-0 down.

That was Haaland’s 22nd Premier League goal of the season, which in turn has ended up breaking an individual player record for Man City under Pep Guardiola.

Mohamed Salah and Andy Cole’s goal records are coming under serious threat.
