Erling Haaland was delighted to be back amongst the goals as Borussia Dortmund beat Borussia Monchengladbach on Saturday.
The Norway international netted twice as Lucien Favre’s side won 3-0 in front of 10,000 home supporters.
And the striker admitted it was a great feeling to net with so many in attendance.
“It’s a good result for us,” he told the club’s official website.
“I’m glad it’s starting again, especially with 10,000 fans in the stadium. It was incredibly nice to have her with us.
“You supported us, and we needed that today. They gave us an extra boost and of course it was fantastic to score in front of them.”
