Ajax manager Erik ten Hag did not rule out a Borussia Dortmund move for Sébastien Haller but did mention that it would be an expensive transaction.
The former West Ham man has been lighting in up for the Amsterdam giants, contributing an eye-watering 23 goals and nine assists in just 34 games since his arrival.
The Ivory Coast international has been in record-breaking form in the Champions League and Ajax have every right to demand a sensational fee for the 27-year-old.
“I do not know Dortmund’s plans. Given the class of Sébastien, I do not rule out that he could be an interesting player for Borussia Dortmund,” ten Hag told BILD.
“What I can say: it should cost a lot of money.”
Ajax purchased the player in January for €22m just 18 months after West Ham shelled out €53m to bring the player in from Eintracht Frankfurt.
