The French-Cameroonian is expected in Brest for his medical.
Éric Junior Dina Ebimbe is on the verge of making his comeback to French Ligue 1, with a move to Stade Brestois imminent. According to multiple sources, the Breton club has reached an agreement with Eintracht Frankfurt for the midfielder’s loan, which includes a purchase option.
Sidelined at Frankfurt, Eric Junior Dina Ebimbe has found a new landing spot. The 25-year-old French midfielder of Cameroonian descent, who has played only a minor role this season with the German side, is eager to reignite his career this summer. After being courted for a long time by OGC Nice and Sevilla FC, the former Parisian now looks set to join Stade Brestois.
A product of Paris Saint-Germain’s academy, Éric Junior Dina Ebimbe has established himself in recent seasons as a versatile and powerful player, capable of operating both as a holding midfielder and a box-to-box presence. At Frankfurt, he notably featured in the Europa League and gained invaluable top-level experience. This significant addition could provide Brest coach Eric Roy with a new high-quality option in midfield, just days before the transfer window closes.
