Various clubs in the Eredivisie are showing interest in signing Arsenal youth midfielder Salah-Eddine Oulad M’hand on loan, according to a report.

Chris Wheatley reports that Salah-Eddine Oulad M’hand is attracting interest from clubs in the Eredivisie this summer.

Arsenal are seeking the right loan move for the youngster, who is also drawing interest from the senior Morocco national team. Salah has previously represented the Netherlands at youth level, but Morocco are evidently keen to turn his head.

It’s no surprise to see this kind of update after the season the 18-year-old has had.

Playing in central midfield, Salah scored six goals and assisted five for the Arsenal youth teams in 26 appearances, an impressive record for his position.

Mikel Arteta took notice, including the teenager in nine first-team squads. At the end of the campaign, the midfielder made the bench for four of the final five games.

Today, Salah is back in training with the first team. He’s one of the youngsters who has been selected for an early pre-season promotion, and he may possibly get a chance to impress on the pitch next week in Germany.

With all that being said, it’s clear why clubs will be looking to pick the technically-gifted teenager up this summer. He’ll be a useful addition to the right team, bringing creativity and goals to the middle of the park.

Eredivisie side RKC Waalwijk have already taken a chance on fellow Arsenal u21 Mika Biereth, who scored twice on his friendly debut last week. Salah could be the next in line.
