Youri Tielemans had the most shots in the match(4) along with Mason Greenwood. Paul Pogba has the most final third passes(13) while Patson Daka had the highest xG in the match of 0.94.

The Foxes had the majority of their shots in and around the box, mostly from the right-hand side. They were not shy of testing the keeper and took a lot of shots keeping a fair share of them on target. All of their goals came from inside the box while the keeper was forced into a lot of saves.

The Red Devils failed to get into the penalty area for most of the match, attempting most of their shots from a distance. They were very wasteful in front of goal failing to keep the majority of their shots between the sticks. One of the goals came from long distance while one from the edge of the box.

The xT timeline shows that Man United started the game on a stronger foot dominating most of the first half. They scored within just 18 minutes but was cancelled out soon after by a Tielemans equalizer. As the game progressed, Leicester grew more into it and scored three goals in the last 20 minutes to seal off the match and take three points.

The home side had 49% of the ball with Youri Tielemans playing the most passes(74) while also receiving the most(58). Luke Shaw attempted the most passes(67) and received 47 in return while Manchester United enjoyed 51% of possession.

The Foxes played the majority of their passes in the defensive third and in the left flank near midfield, attempting two smart passes, one of them being successful. They did not deliver many crosses into the box.

The Red Devils played most of their passes on the left-wing and in the right flank in midfield. They played five smart passes, four of them were unsuccessful. United played most crosses from the left with Luke Shaw playing in the ball six times.

Leicester had the highest xT creating zones near the right side inside the penalty box and outside the area on the left. They passed the ball around with the intent of creating something for most of the time. Daniel Amartey was the best passer with an accuracy of 98.04%.

Tielemans was the most threatening passer with an xT of 0.58 while also leading the charts for dribbles with 0.098 xT.

The away side the most xT outside the penalty area with Nemanja Matic being the most efficient passer among the ranks with 93.48% accuracy.

Bruno Fernandes had the highest xT in the team with an xT of 1.00 while Scott McTominay had the most xT from dribbles(0.038)

Leicester City lost the majority of their defensive duels. Iheanacho and Castagne both lost six duels each. Maddison and Soyuncu were unimpressive.

They were much stronger when it came to aerial duels with Jamie Vardy being the stand out performer winning all of his duels. Castagne made up and was impressive here.

Leicester were even better in terms of 50-50 ball recoveries. Tielemans won all three of his duels while Jonny Evans also won three. Soyuncu and Pereira performed well.

Man United lost a higher number of the defensive duels. Paul Pogba lost nine of his duels while Maguire and Matic both lost five.

Except Maguire, no one was impressive even in the air with the English defender winning the most duels in the team(4).

It was a mediocre performance from United in terms of loose balls with Jadon Sancho winning both his duels. Pogba was again poor losing five of his duels.

Even though Leicester City started off a bit slow, they were the better team on the pitch. They were defensively very robust shutting off the Manchester United attack time and again, while were absolutely lethal and clinical on the other end of the pitch. United have a lot of room for improvement. They were really poor defensively and clueless even in attack, failing to create clear-cut chances to score. This should be a performance to look back upon and make amends from as huge games are about to come up for Solskjaer and co.

Youri Tielemans was arguably the best player on the pitch.
