‘Enough is enough’ – Plenty of Reading FC fans react to key figure following Luton Town loss
Football League World
Reading suffered yet another setback in their survival hopes as they fell to a 2-0 home defeat to Luton Town last night, leaving their relegation with a real chance to either pull away from them or close the deficit.
The Hatters made the breakthrough in the 33rd minute when Tom Holmes headed the ball into his own net, leaving the Royals with a real mountain to climb as they looked to enter their winless run of form.
However, it was the visitors that went on to score again in the second half, with Allan Campbell tapping in from Elijah Adebayo’s cross to make the points safe and in turn, consign the Berkshire outfit to yet another defeat.
