The Football Association have not yet sold all their available tickets for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar later this year.

England now know the identity of the other three teams in their group: The USA, Iran and Wales, the latter of whom booked their spot at the tournament by defeating Ukraine in the recent play-off final.

According to The Times, the fixture against Wales has been oversubscribed, with a surplus of 1,005 requests on top of the 2,339 which have already been sold, but there is still space available for the other two fixtures.

2,379 out of a possible 2,489 had been sold for the Iran game at the time of writing, with 3,330 of 4,158 sold for the meeting with the USA.

Despite not yet being full, both those fixtures have sold better than England's group games at the 2018 World Cup, with fewer than 2,000 tickets being purchased for the Three Lions' opener against Tunisia.

Whether those two fixtures will sell out remains to be seen, but as for the Wales fixture, England officials are negotiating with FIFA in the hope of being allocated more tickets to sell to the remaining supporters.
