England delivered a commanding 6-1 victory over Wales, setting up a quarter-final showdown with Sweden. Meanwhile, France’s win against the Netherlands confirmed the Lionesses as runners-up in Group D.

Sarina Wiegman’s side were ruthless in front of goal, heading into the break with a 4-0 lead thanks to strikes from Georgia Stanway, Ella Toone, Lauren Hemp, and Alessia Russo.
