Borussia Dortmund and Jamie Bynoe-Gittens have agreed a new contract to 2025 just days after the youngster scored his first Bundesliga goal.

Bynoe-Gittens, who turned 18 at the weekend, came off the bench to equalise as Dortmund came from behind to beat SC Freiburg on Friday.

“It was always my aim to continue my journey at BVB. After corona and some injuries, it feels like I’m just beginning. Now I can’t wait to keep working hard on myself and my game to hopefully help the team in the months and years to come,” the teenager said.
