A Netherlands free kick evades everyone until Virgil van Dijk gets a foot on it, forcing a fine stop from Jordan Pickford.
The resulting corner is headed over by Denzel Dumfries.
Don't worry, you aren't missing much.
58' The game has lost it's tempo from the first half as neither side wants to make a mistake.
The Netherlands have bolstered their midfield to deny England space, and the Three Lions are still trying to figure it out.
We're yet to see a shot this half.
England look to finally be justifying their position as tournament favourites against a very good Dutch side.
50' Bukayo Saka beats Nathan Ake but his cut-back finds no-one in an England shirt.
It's been a slow start to the second half at the Signal Iduna Park.
SECOND HALF KICK OFF
The answer? Not very long.
The England left-back is on for Kieran Trippier for the second half and the Three Lions must surely feel that they have a great chance of back-to-back finals at European Championships in the next 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, Ronald Koeman also makes a change as Wout Weghorst comes on for Donyell Malen.
Luke Shaw has been going through an intensive warmup during the break.
How long until we see him on the left hand side for England?
HALF TIME!
England roared back into the game after Xavi Simons handed Netherlands the lead, and will feel hard done by not going into the break ahead.
45 minutes later, both sides remain a goal away from a potential final.
Kobbie Mainoo has been the best player on the pitch so far, winning the ball tigerishly in midfield and producing some lovely flicks.
Young kids really do run the EUROs this year.
Hard to argue with this, but the VAR decision will remain massively controversial...
38' England are still seeing plenty of the ball without truly creating chance after chance. Neither keeper has made a save yet but both sides have hit the woodwork.
SUBSTITUTION: More pain for the Netherlands as Memphis Depay cannot continue.
He's replaced by Joey Veerman in a change that will see a change of system too.
32' CHANCE!
Phil Foden is finally enjoying himself in an England shirt and comes close once more to handing his side the lead!
He hits a bending effort not unlike Yamine Lamal's from 24 hours ago, but he can't get enough curl on it and it ricochets back off the post.
It's end to end stuff in Dortmund.
This is how close England came to taking the lead....
29' CHANCE!
Netherlands force the first corner of the game and almost retake the lead!
Denzel Dumfries, who gave away the penalty, rises highest but sees his header crash back off the crossbar and over.

They deserved it on the balance of play, but that penalty decision will rage on for much of the night.

He points to the spot, much to the surprise of most in the stadium.
14' CHANCE!
Harry Kane blazes over!
Saka drives inside before his blocked shot reaches Kane, who volleys over under pressure from Denzel Dumfries.
England are pushing.
12' England are looking to get back into it immediately and force a couple of set pieces.
From the second, Declan Rice is free at the back post but tries to square it rather than shoot.
7' GOAL!
The Netherlands take the lead with their first effort of the game, and it's a stunner from Xavi Simons.
He takes aim from 25 yards and fires it into the top corner. Jordan Pickford had no chance.
England behind early.
5' England with plenty of the early possession. They will be hoping that Phil Foden can finally turn up for the Three Lions this tournament after a stellar season for Manchester City.
It is City teammate Kyle Walker that is called into action though, having to cover a Dutch breakaway after they played through England's press beautifully.

For comparison, the entire population of Dortmund itself was measured at 587,010 in 2019!

Lying in wait in Sunday's final are Spain, who have come through a incredibly tough stretch of knockout games. La Roja made history in the process though.
So, the Netherlands have some support this evening....
