A big win for England and a big win for France, but still a historic night for Wales as they scored their first ever goal at a major tournament.

Until next time!

On the international stage!

FT: France 4-1 Wales

France solidify their place at the top of group D with a comfortable win over debutants Wales.

That said, it's been a historical game for Wales as Jess Fishlock scored their first ever goal in a women's major tournament.

Plenty to play for ahead of the final matchday!

How has that not gone in?!

Wales very nearly pull a goal back after a corner. There's a goalmouth scramble and France manage to block a series of shots in quick succession before getting it clear.

There's some shouts for a handball but it's quickly checked and cleared by VAR.

France 4-1 Wales

GOAL! It's four!

Kadidiatou Diani fires a dangerous low cross into the box and it's turned into the net. Grace Geyoro got the final touch.

SO CLOSE!

Wales very nearly pull a goal back through Ceri Holland. They win the ball back high and the midfielder gets a shot away and it rolls across the face of goal before it's cleared for a corner.

France 3-1 Wales

GOAL! FRANCE MAKE IT THREE!

Wales are punished for over playing. Safia Middleton-Patel is dispossessed in her own box and Amel Majri fires the ball into an empty net.

France 3-1 Wales

KICK OFF!

Back underway for the second half.

HT: France 2-1 Wales

A dramatic first half in St. Gallen. France took the lead inside the opening 10 minutes, but Wales fought back through Jess Fishlock.

Kadidiatou Diani then put France back infront before half time from the penalty spot.

A huge second half ahead!

GOAL! France infront again!

Kadidiatou Diani makes no mistake from the penalty spot. Safia Middleton-Patel got a touch with her foot, but can't keep it out.

France 2-1 wales

PENALTY!

France win a penalty as Ceri Holland brings down Clara Mateo in the box.

France 1-1 Wales

Concern now for Wales...

Goalscorer Jess Fishlock is down and receiving treatment. She looks in some discomfort and limps off with the physios.

It looks like she may be okay to continue, though.

France 1-1 Wales

GOAAAAALLLL!!!! WALES EQUALISE!

WHAT A MOMENT!! A fantastic team move ends with Jess Fishlock touching the ball into the back of the net.

The flag was raised for offside, but the goal stands after a VAR check.

France 1-1 Wales

GOAL! FRANCE LEAD!

France's Clara Mateo gets a shot away but Wales goalkeeper Safia Middleton-Patel gets a foot to it and sends it out for a corner.

The ball in once again falls to Mateo, this time she drills an effort into the top corner.

France 1-0 Wales

Made for the big stage.

FT: England 4-0 Netherlands

England refuse to give up without a fight and they cruise past the Netherlands to keep their EUROs defence alive.

Two goals from Lauren James and strikes from Georgia Stanway and Ella Toone get the Lionesses' campaign firmly underway.

The perfect reaction.

Into added time...

Three additional minutes at the end of the second half.

England 4-0 Netherlands

More England changes...

Lucy Bronze and Alessia Russo make way for Niamh Charles and Aggie Beever-Jones.

England 4-0 Netherlands

SAVE!

England come close to a fifth with some exquisite build-up play. The ball finds Alessia Russo who takes it first time, but Daphne van Domselaar does well to make the stop.

England 4-0 Netherlands

A double change for England....

Beth Mead is on for Lauren Hemp, Grace Clinton replaces Ella Toone.

England 4-0 Netherlands

GOAL! IT'S FOUR!

Alessia Russo and Ella Toone combine for England's fourth of the evening!

England 4-0 Netherlands

An outstanding talent.

GOAL! There's the third!

The Netherlands unable to clear a dangerous England cross. Ella Toone's shot is deflected into the path of Lauren James, who rolls in her second of the evening.

OFFSIDE!

England think they have a third through Alessia Russo but the flag is raised for an offside in the build-up.

England 2-0 Netherlands

KICK OFF!

Underway for the second half in Zurich.

HT: England 2-0 Netherlands

So far, so good but the job is far from done.

A fantastic first half performance with goals from Lauren James and Georgia Stanway.

GOAAAALLL!!! 2-0!

Wow! Some strike from Georgia Stanway to double England's lead just before the break.

The Netherlands fail to clear a free-kick and it falls to Stanway on the edge of the area. It takes a slight deflection and nestles into the bottom corner.

England 2-0 Netherlands

CLOSE AGAIN!

England need to start capitalising on these chances. More good play sees Lauren James drift a dangerous cross into the box from deep. In between two Dutch defenders, Alessia Russo gets a head to it but can't find the target.

England 1-0 Netherlands

CHANCE!

England's press allows them to win the ball back high. Keira Walsh whips in a dangerous ball from the right but Lauren Hemp heads over.

England 1-0 Netherlands

GOAAAAAL!!!

England lead! An outstanding pass from Hannah Hampton through to Alessia Russo. The forward lays it off to Lauren James, who unleashes an effort into the top corner from the edge of the box.

England 1-0 Netherlands

England look sharp so far...

Sarina Wiegman's side are creating a few openings, but it's their work rate out of possession that has been most impressive so far.

Every time they lose the ball, they're working hard to win it back and succeeding in doing so. The Dutch with a little over 30% possession so far without a single attempt on goal.

England 0-0 Netherlands

CLOSE!

Lauren Hemp is causing all sorts of problems down the left! This time her cross is headed wide by Alessia Russo.

England 0-0 Netherlands

Anthems up next in Zurich.

10 minute warning!

It's all or nothing for the Lionesses as their hopes of qualifying for the knockout rounds possibly rests on this evening's result against the Netherlands.

Should they suffer defeat in Zurich, the defending champions will be eliminated if France are not beaten by Wales later tonight.

The Lionesses have arrived...

The Dutch fans are in full voice in Zurich ahead of this evening's game!
