Scotland meanwhile, suffered a 2-0 defeat to Czech Republic and know that anything other than a win here will seriously hamper their last 16 dreams.

England have made two changes at full-back as Luke Shaw and Reece James come into the side to add a more attacking threat from deep.

Tyrone Mings keeps his place at centre-back alongside John Stones while Mason Mount, Phil Foden, Raheem Sterling and Harry Kane remain the attacking foursome.

Scotland have made four changes from the team that lost to the Czechs with Billy Gilmour and Che Adams both coming in.
