Liverpool locked horns with Brighton and Hove Albion at the American Express Community Stadium earlier tonight as they hoped to secure a good result away from home. The Reds made a good start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 30th-minute courtesy of Harvey Elliott’s tidy finish.
