The Eagles trio all made the scoresheet for their respective nations in European Under-21 Championship qualifying, while Lisztes and Collins were also in action.

Five Eintracht players were in competitive action for their respective U21 international teams on Tuesday evening, with Hugo Ekitiké, Ansgar Knauff and Aurèle Amenda all making the scoresheet.

Knauff and Nathaniel Brown helped Germany U21s to a resounding 10-1 victory over Estonia in Tallinn. Both players were brought on at the beginning of the second half, with Knauff completing the scoring in the 90thminute of the contest.

Eintracht centre-back Amenda set Switzerland U21s on their way to a 2-0 victory in Montenegro. The 21-year-old opened the scoring with his first international goal in the 22nd minute. Eagles striker Ekitiké also played a key role in France U21s’ 2-0 triumph over Bosnia and Herzegovina, doubling his team’s lead from the penalty spot in the 57th minute.

Kristián Lisztes, 19, made his ninth U21 appearance for Hungary, coming on as a late substitute in a narrow 1-0 defeat to Spain. In the UEFA Nations League, Robin Koch was an unused substitute as Germany’s senior side played out a 2-2 draw with Netherlands in Amsterdam.

Germany U20s, meanwhile, took on Italy in their second Elite League game in Rieti. Frankfurt’s Nnamdi Collins, who captained the side in their opening 3-2 victory over Romania, entered the fray in the 72nd minute with the score at 1-0. Germany scored twice late on to clinch a comfortable 3-0 win.
