Start of training: 8 July

While the European Championship in Germany and the Copa América in USA are still going on, the Eagles will be back at work. Monday 8 July and Tuesday 9 July will see head coach Dino Toppmöller and his coaching staff bringing in all available players for two days of performance tests. The first team training session is planned for Wednesday 10 July.

Summer training camp in Louisville

The main focus of this summer’s pre-season preparations will be over in the USA. For the first time since January 2020, Eintracht will be holding their training camp across the pond – this time in Louisville, Kentucky.

The flight over the Atlantic will take off on Monday 22 July, with the return journey to Frankfurt on Saturday 3 August. That leaves time for 10 days of training as well as two friendlies. On Thursday 25 July, 19:30 local time, the Eagles will take on Mexican top-flight side FC Juárez in Juárez. Five days later, on Tuesday 30 July, there will be a second match against home team Louisville City.

“Eintracht in the Region”

Alongside their global travels, the Eagles will also be active closer to home. In addition to the recently announced “Eintracht in the Region” fixtures against FC Alsbach and VfL Germania 1894 in May, two more matches have now been confirmed, presented by LOTTO Hessen and HIT RADIO FFH.

On Saturday 20 July, Eintracht will take on amateur side TSV 1873 e.V. Heusenstamm in Offenbach. The match, which marks the club's 150th birthday last year, will kick-off at 15:30 CEST at the stadium in the Martinsee Culture and Sports Centre.

After the US trip, the Eagles will play a local derby against FSV Frankfurt at the Bornheimer Hang (PSD Bank Arena) on Wednesday 7 August. Like Eintracht, FSV are celebrating their 125thanniversary this year. Kick-off is at 18:00 CEST. Information on ticket sales will follow soon. Eintracht Frankfurt will provide separate information via the usual online and social media platforms.

The dress rehearsal for the 2024/25 season – which starts with the opening round of the DFB Cup between 16 and 19 August, while the Bundesliga kicks off between 23 and 25 August – will take place on Saturday 10 August, when the Eagles take on a top-flight side from one of Europe's best leagues.
