Derby County played out a 2-2 draw against Luton Town in the Championship at home. Luton Town fell behind twice but managed to come back to take home a point.

Derby County lined up in a 4-3-3 formation. Lawrence led the attacking line up with support from Jozwiak and Knight on either flank.

Derby County had a slightly better xG than their opponents. Both teams were almost equal in terms of shots and shots on target as Derby took nine shots with three on target while Luton took eight shots with two on target. Derby edged out the possession narrowly at the final whistle.
Overall, both teams were almost equal in terms of the attacking metrics. Jason Knight had the highest xG in the match. Adebayo won the highest number of aerial duels. Morrison made six dribbles while Lockyer made ten passes to the final third.
Derby County took five shots from outside the opposition box and four from the inside. Both of their goals were scored from inside the opposition box.

Bradley recovered six loose balls for his side. Luton recovered most of their loose balls near the centre and in their own half.
The Rams opened the scoring at the break via Tom Lawrence following which The Hatters levelled through Onyedinma in the second half before Knight gave Derby the advantage again. Adebayo then scored in the 83rd minute to ensure that both sides take one point each.
