With his shirt number now unquestionably sorted, Camavinga's next job is to force his way to Carlo Ancelotti's starting lineup on a regular basis. Fierce competition for places saw the teenager used as more of an impact substitute last season, but his talent and game-changing ability was there for all to see - particularly in the Champions League.

Toni Kroos, Casemiro and Luka Modric, three Real Madrid stalwarts, stand between Camavinga and regular starting minutes, while there's added competition this season from international teammate Aurelien Tchouameni - a player heralded as one of the finest young midfield prospects in world football.
