“For me it’s important to give everything for the shirt, then you have nothing to complain about and that’s what I’ve always tried to do with the Roma shirt too. I feel a type of warmth here that will be of great use to us, that pushes you to always do better.”

“Most people have not yet seen my potential, that nickname of ‘sick dog’ can be limiting but thanks to Mourinho I have improved a lot from certain points of view, I am aware of my means. I thank him.”

“I chose Fiorentina for the project. This place has a lot of passion, the sports center is the best in Italy: it’s the perfect place to grow,”he added.

“Leaving Roma was my choice because they told me I wouldn’t have enough space, I was out of the project and I want to be the protagonist, at the center of the project. It’s the first thing for every footballer. I’m here to feel important and play a lot.”
