In order to do so, though, they will need to continue their conveyer belt of top young talent. But that doesn’t look to be a problem at the moment, with plenty of promising youngsters rising up through the ranks.

So, with that in mind, here are four of the most exciting young Brazilian players set to rise to prominence in the coming seasons in their native homeland and across Europe.

Éder Militão (Real Madrid)

While starlets like Vinicius Jr and Santos’ Rodrygo have already shot to stardom of late, the likes of Real Madrid’s Éder Militão is another who is quickly establishing himself as hot property.

The defensive stalwart is well regarded at the Bernabeu now after arriving from São Paulo and beating a transfer challenge off from Juventus.

Zinedine Zidane has much work to do after the club’s disastrous last season but his current crop are regarded highly in Betfair’s football betting tips for todayto go on and achieve further European success this coming campaign.

Real Madrid are always in the mix for European glory and this young star Militao could well help them in their Champions League efforts in the coming months.

Pedrinho (Corinthians)

At 21 years of age, the future looks bright for this top talent at Corinthians and many a top European club are scouting him.

He possesses the technical abilities and dribbling skills typically associated with a great Brazilian attacker.

The youngster has already been dubbed ‘the next Neymar’ and Spanish giants Barcelona are said to be leading the chase for his signature.

Pedro (Fluminense)

A clinical Brazilian frontman with fast feet and a sublime scoring record. Where have we heard that before?

Fluminese striker Pedro will hope to follow in the footsteps of past greats like Ronaldo in his career but he still has a long way to go.

The 22-year-old is regularly one of the top forwards in the Brazilian Championship and is reportedly being lined up by Italian giants Roma and AC Milan.

Igor Liziero (São Paulo)

There have been many top holding midfielders to come out of Brazil in recent times and Igor Liziero could end up being the next big one.

He has the maturity and power in the centre of the pitch, even if he is just 21 years old.

The São Paulo anchorman has been compared to Real Madrid’s Casemiro but he has adjusted his game to be more of a box-to-box midfielder of late. Watch this space.
