Eder: I really feared Inter Milan going same way as Jiangsu Suning | OneFootball

Eder admits he feared for Inter Milan when seeing Achraf Hakimi and Antonio Conte leave.

Former Nerazzurri striker Eder was with Jiangsu Suning before Inter's owners collapsed the club which had been in existence for over 60 years.

Eder told Mediaset: "When the championship ended they didn't give us any explanation, they never replied to our messages. They told us 'we are in trouble, we will pay you in five or ten years'. They had to start selling to make money...

"When I started seeing the goodbyes of Conte first, and then of Oriali, I did not want to happen to Inter what happened to us, even if the comparison is difficult.

"But I heard from (Samir) Handanovic, and he told me that there was never a problem there: I'm happy for them."
