It’s here! EA Sports have officially announced their FIFA 20 Team of the Year.
Lionel Messi, Sadio Mané and Kylian Mbappé headline the XI as voted for by Esports professionals and FIFA influencers.
But there’s no room for Cristiano Ronaldo – for the first time since 2011!
The back five is very much Liverpool flavoured, with Alisson between the sticks following his outstanding individual year.
Trent Alexander-Arnold, Virgil van Dijk and Andy Robertson make up three of the back four, alongside Matthijs de Ligt for his incredible Champions League campaign with Ajax.
N’Golo Kanté, Frenkie de Jong and Kevin de Bruyne complete the midfield positions.
Robert Lewandowski can consider himself unlucky to miss out after scoring 54 goals for club and country in 2019.
