Dybala to meet with Massara, discuss contract renewal | OneFootball

Paulo Dybala wants to stay at Roma beyond the current expiry date of his contract which is set for next year.

The Argentine is making rapid progress in his recovery as he wants to be at Gasperini’s orders for the start of Roma’s preseason.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Dybala plans to meet with sporting director Frederic Massara later in the summer to discuss his future.

The idea of the player and the club would be to continue together.

Dybala would be open to the possibility of extending his contract for another 2-3 years which would allow Roma to spread his high salary.

A solution that would represent an advantage for both parties. The player would be guaranteed a multi-year commitment with adequate remuneration, while the club would lighten the impact of his wages on the club’s budget.
