Deutsche Vermögensberatung AG (DVAG), Germany’s largest independent financial consultancy, and Generali Deutschland AG will become new partners of Eintracht Frankfurt next term.

The collaboration covers all sporting areas of the club – from the men’s and women’s first teams to youth football, esports, other club sports and EintrachtTech – and will initially run until the 2027/28 season, with the option to extend by a further year.

As the club’s exclusive sleeve partner, DVAG’s logo will appear on the left sleeve of the Eintracht Frankfurt shirt in all Bundesliga matches next season. In domestic and European cup competitions, Generali – one of the leading primary insurance groups in the German market and DVAG’s exclusive product partner for 50 years – will take the DVAG logo’s place. Generali will also become the club’s official insurance partner, focusing in particular on Eintracht Women, youth development and other club sports. With Deutsche Vermögensberatung and Generali, Eintracht Frankfurt has not only gained two long-standing supporters of German sport but strong partners. The two companies have enjoyed a strategic partnership with one another for decades, both in business and in their joint commitment to grassroots and elite sport.

Stefan Lehmann, Generali Deutschland AG CEO, added: “We’re delighted to have the opportunity to actively support DVAG’s partnership with Eintracht Frankfurt. This commitment is an important step in our holistic ‘Ecosystem Sport’ initiative, with which we’ve been promoting elite and grassroots sport in Germany for many years, making an important contribution towards an exemplary sense of social togetherness. In the anniversary year of our successful 50-year partnership with DVAG, we’re sending out another powerful statement of our shared commitment to sport. Eintracht is a sporting poster boy with an impressive domestic and international presence. As a new insurance partner, we’re relying on Eintracht’s sporting success as well as its high profile and reach, with which we want to draw the attention of our customers and interested parties to all aspects of insurance and pensions.”

Wide-reaching involvement in sport and society

The new partnership includes a place on a number of advertising spaces across all relevant venues as well as digital campaigns, PR events, promotions and extensive hospitality services.

In addition to its wide-ranging commitment to football, DVAG is also making a strong statement in the area of financial education, with Eintracht Frankfurt members and players benefitting from exclusive financial coaching – an offer that emphatically underlines DVAG’s holistic support on and off the pitch. Eintracht Frankfurt has been committed to social issues in the region beyond football for many years – as has DVAG, particularly through the ‘DVAG hilft e.V.’ charity. It is against this backdrop that both parties wish to conduct regular exchanges in order to identify potential synergies and put them to good use in the Rhine-Main region.

Axel Hellmann, CEO of Eintracht Frankfurt Fußball AG: “We’re delighted to have DVAG, a long-standing advocate of sport, by our side as a strong partner. With its offices in Marburg and Frankfurt, DVAG is firmly established in the region, which gives this partnership special significance. The bond between DVAG and Eintracht Frankfurt already has a long tradition, which is now being taken to a new level with this ground-breaking step. We’d also like to thank Generali Deutschland AG for their trust and commitment. It’s important to us to win over renowned German companies in order to forge collaborations, so we’re all the more pleased that we’ve succeeded in doing so in a special way with this new partnership.”
