Club captain Dušan Tadić may be forced to sit out of Ajax’s upcoming Champions League clash against Sporting Lisbon on Tuesday.
During the club’s pre-match press conference on Monday, manager Erik ten Hag confirmed Tadić is still not fully fit after sustaining an injury back on 30 October.

“There is a big question mark behind Tadić,” he said.
“He has had back problems since the game against Heracles.”
While Ajax have already qualified for the knockout rounds the news is still a blow for the squad.
The 33-year-old has seven goals and 11 assists to his name already this season in only 21 appearances.
