The Bundesliga leaders have seen Sancho thrive since his €10m arrival from Manchester City last summer and are hoping to tempt other English hopefuls to Germany.
According to Sportbild, Liverpool striker Bobby Duncan, Manchester City midfielder Phil Foden and Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi are leading the shortlist.
Duncan – who is the cousin of Anfield icon Steven Gerrard – joined Liverpool this summer and has been a regular fixture in first team training under Jürgen Klopp.
Foden is also in a similar situation to Sancho at City, in that he is too talented to play U23 football but struggling to break through into the senior side.
Pep Guardiola has made a point of including him more often, but with his current contract expiring on 2020, could be open to moving elsewhere.
Club football is back. Jadon Sancho is back. He's scored his second Bundesliga goal of the season.–
Hudson-Odoi is viewed as one of the most promising attacking options in Europe but could already cost upwards of €40m with Chelsea standing firm.
The Blues have historically struggled to offer academy graduates regular football and this trend looks to continue under new manager Maurizio Sarri.
However, Dortmund face competition from Monaco for the 17-year-old with new sporting director Michael Emenalo keen to bring him to the south of France.
