Dortmund confirm loan signing of Chelsea's Carney Chukwuemeka

Borussia Dortmund have completed the signing of Chelsea midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka.

The 21-year-old moved from Aston Villa to Stamford Bridge in summer 2022 but has managed just 32 appearances across all competitions since then.

Chukwuemeka has not featured under Enzo Maresca in the Premier League this season despite a handful of performances in Europe.

He joins Dortmund under new manager Niko Kovač on an initial loan with the option to make it permanent in the summer.
