Borussia Dortmund have confirmed that Thomas Delaney will be out until January after damaging ankle ligaments while on international duty.
Delaney sustained the injury while playing for Denmark against the Republic of Ireland on Monday and after undergoing a scan, his club have now confirmed damage to the ligaments of his right ankle.
The 28-year-old midfielder is expected to be out of action until after the winter break.
