Manchester United midfielder Donny van de Beek has made the switch to the Eintracht Frankfurt.

The 26-year-old has joined the Bundesliga side on loan until the end of the season in an attempt to kickstart his career after a struggling stint in England.

Van de Beek joined United from Ajax in 2019/20 but struggled for regular playing time during his three years in England.

He made just six Premier League starts for United in that span and has two goals and two assists to his name. A loan spell at Everton also proved unsuccessful.

Frankfurt will have the option to buy Van de Beek if his initial loan goes smoothly and he finds his feet.
