DONE DEAL: Wolves midfielder Bruno Jordao joins Grasshoppers | OneFootball

Wolves midfielder Bruno Jordao has joined Grasshoppers on loan for the remainder of the season.

The 23-year-old has been recovering from an injury he picked up while playing for Portuguese side Famalicao.

Wolves' strategic player marketing manager Matt Jackson said of the move: "The plan for Bruno is to get regular game time having overcome a pretty nasty injury last year.

"During the last few months, he's had a lot of top-quality training with the first-team group and a couple of games for the under-23s to help him build his fitness back up, but now he's ready to go and experience a consistent run of games at senior level.

"He'll be joining a team and an environment that we know well, we trust and have a great relationship with. We look at the benefit Connor Ronan had over at Grasshoppers last season and the improvement his loan over there made to his profile, and I hope the same can happen for Bruno."
