Sampdoria are closing on a deal for Brescia striker Ernesto Torregrossa.

Goal says Torregrossa has signed a deal to 2026.

The 28-year-old scored five goals in 12 Serie B appearances in the first part of the 2020-21 campaign.

Torregrossa underwent a medical with Sampdoria yesterday and is expected to join the Blucerchiati on loan with option to buy.

The two clubs are expected to confirm the deal this morning.
