DONE DEAL: Perr Schuurs excited after leaving Ajax for Torino

Former Ajax defender Perr Schuurs is delighted with his move to Torino.

The Dutchman arrives to replace Gleison Bremer after his sale to Juventus.

Schuurs said: "My first impressions are excellent, here I found very nice people. Today I saw the stadium, it's beautiful. I'm happy to be here, it took some time before that I could come.

"So now I'm very happy. I'm a player who likes to attack with the ball. Playing between lines, playing vertically. Attacking, but also obviously defending, I want to help keep the clean sheet. the most important thing for a defender. I want to make my contribution to the team.
